Aurora Foods, Armour Canned Meats, Birds Eye and Barber Foods are all real world examples of successful integrations into existing CPG firms, which I lead from a commercialization perspective. Each initiative building on lessons learned, has lead to a successful formula for integration. This approach includes a playbook for the commercialization process within sales and marketing, as well as close cooperation with IT, brokers and supply chain…in order to implement “one order/one invoice”. Speed and effectiveness defined the work and on both fronts we exceeded expectations.
